WHAT ARE MY CLASSES LIKE?

My experience of Yoga and Mindfulness teaching has brought home the importance of the practice as a way of taking you out of your head for a precious hour or two. The value to mental health of disconnecting from our busy lives and daily grind can’t be underestimated. So, recognising this, I’ve made my classes fun and light hearted as well as challenging. I love it when people discover their limits and then exceed their expectations. It’s great to watch these little triumphs in action. Lately, I’ve experimented with other ways to make the practice fun and inclusive, having started a Dog Yoga or Doga class in Belfast (co-taught with Millie my 7 year old rescue mongrel). My motto for all of these classes is ‘if you are laughing you’re learning’. I’d love you to join me for a class.
