Terms and Conditions

By booking a class, private session or event with Tracy Stuart  you are entering into a contract which has the following conditions:

Tracy Stuart is not liable for any costs incurred due to cancellation or changes caused by unforeseen events (weather, loss of venue or facilities, acts of God, or any other event beyond our control). It is expected that adequate insurance is taken out by the client to cover them for any losses they may incur. If Tracy Stuart chooses to cancel an event then any monies paid will be returned.

Clients are responsible to ensure they disclose any medical conditions or injuries, (including mental health conditions) to Tracy Stuart.

Tracy Stuart takes no responsibility for any injuries sustained by participation in yoga, pilates, extreme flexibility and related activities.

Discount Class Pass: By buying a discount class pass you are receiving a discounted price for a place in that class. If you are unable to make any of the block there is no facility to extend, come to another class, or receive a refund.

Private sessions: Payment is due at the time of booking. Cancelation period is 48 hours given in writing (email to info@tracystuart.co.uk). If less than 48 hour notice is given the session is charged as taken.

Workshops and Day Events: For events that are a full day or less, full payment is required at time of booking to secure your place. If you cancel with more than 28 days notice in writing then full payment less than £10 admin fee will be given. Cancelation between 28 and 14 days, 50% refund will be given. Cancelation less than 14 days – no refund, credit or alternative will be given. You may be able to send a substitute in your place, but only if this is first agreed by Tracy Stuart.
